📋 Description

• Work across the entire development lifecycle (design → build → test → deploy → operate) with AI support • Use agents and automations to execute multi-step tasks • Structure inputs (prompts, specifications) to guide and control AI • Integrate with engineering tools: Git, CI/CD, observability • Assess the quality and security of AI-generated outputs • Understand the architecture behind generated solutions, not just operate the tools

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in software development and the SDLC • Real technical proficiency in at least one language and stack (e.g., Java, Python, .NET, Node.js, TypeScript). AI should amplify solid engineering skills, not replace them • Ability to understand and explain code and architecture produced by AI • Practical experience using AI in development: code generation, testing, debugging • Familiarity with automations or agents • Ability to structure clear instructions for AI • Knowledge of the AI-DLC methodology and its application across the development lifecycle is a plus • Building multi-step agents with tool usage and planning is a plus • Workflow orchestration is a plus • MCP or similar standards is a plus • Spec-driven development is a plus
