📋 Description

• Lead a team of engineering managers, engineers, and energy analysts with accountability for budget and strategic direction • Oversee engineering aspects of contracts and proposals • Develop region-wide engineering staffing plans • Provide technical oversight for work within the assigned territory, including impact evaluation results • Ensure timely and high-quality execution of technical work • Support business development and lead complex business development work • Grow engineering team capabilities and coordinate with other engineering teams across the company • Identify and resolve problems affecting long-term business objectives • Create formal networks and serve as an internal and external spokesperson for the engineering team • Develop strategies to improve services and achieve regional performance goals • Work with regional program managers and directors to deliver services to clients • Collaboratively share resources, develop tools, and address common challenges

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must live in one of the posted locations: Pennsylvania, Delaware, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Washington, D.C., Maryland, New York, New Jersey, or Virginia • 10+ years of engineering experience • 8+ years of engineering team management • Engineering Degree required • PE preferred • Must meet all applicable DOT qualification requirements, if applicable • Must comply with applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations • Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without employer sponsorship or support • Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks
