📋 Description

• The Technical Architect will assist in creating a technical roadmap that will ensure a company has the technical infrastructure in place to help solve customer business problems. • Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives; identify gaps in current/future state solutions • Help drive some of Salesforce's largest, most strategic opportunities by segment or industry verticals and ensure the technical win in top accounts. • Work effectively individually and with Coastal and client members toward customer satisfaction and success • Design and implement data structure, flows, Apex classes, and Lightning components to support application build as needed. • Assist with and manage source control/devops workflows and review code to ensure development quality, and manage and oversee deployments • Takes direction from project team members and immediate supervisor • Demonstrates a basic level of knowledge of common enterprise systems CRM or ERP • Seeks opportunities to develop professional skills • Achieves necessary technical certifications • Travels with client or project team as needed • Demonstrates the ability to perform Salesforce.com administration / configuration / data migration duties as directed

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience developing Salesforce customizations (Apex/VF), integrations, and developing and executing data migrations • A minimum of 2 years of experience creating the technical architecture for complex Salesforce implementations • A minimum of 5 years of experience in technology implementation for full lifecycle enterprise software projects • Extensive experience with Salesforce products including B2B/D2C Commerce, Order Management, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Revenue Cloud desired • Minimum of an active Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer II Certifications required • B2B Commerce and/or OMS Developer & Admin Accreditations strongly preferred • Understanding of key design patterns and large data volume limitations and best practices • Understanding and experience with platform authentication patterns, platform security and sharing methods • Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems • Experience with DevOps tools like Gearset or Copado • Knowledge of XML, SQL, HTTP/HTTPS, and EAI processes • Familiarity with multiple implementation standards and methodologies • Programming Languages – APEX, VisualForce, Familiarity with ANT and Eclipse tools for working with the IDE • Must have full-time permanent US work authorization
