📋 Description

• Lead transformation and modernization roadmaps supporting Retail Front Store value streams • Drive AI-enabled transformations and execution strategies • Work across multiple engineering teams to build and execute technology strategies for Retail Front Store Modernization • Plan, build, execute and deliver roadmaps for accelerated transformations and AI-enabled modernizations • Identify and manage risks and engage teams toward resolution • Identify and manage cross-workstream technical dependencies • Create end-to-end program plans and track them timely • Manage program-level status reporting and stakeholder communications • Define, measure and track metrics and KPIs for success and business outcomes of the Front Store merchandising portfolio • Drive AI adoption and establish best practices for technical execution and delivery • Build and cultivate relationships with business, product, technology partners and vendors

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years working as a Technology Program Delivery leader or software engineering role leading the full cycle of large software engineering programs, managing stakeholders, risk mitigation, issue resolution, KPI development and status reporting to senior leaders • 8+ years leading teams in a matrix organization • 4+ years partnering with architecture, product and PMO teams to influence product development, assisting or improving products • 2+ years in a leadership role coordinating across software cross-functional teams • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (high school diploma plus 4 years relevant experience) • Experience with distributed teams across multiple time zones and geographies • Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies • Strong understanding of delivery practices • Performance/people management experience • Experience leading large programs with end-to-end planning responsibility • Strong facilitation and presentation skills • Experience working with technology vendors • Strong work ethic; self-starter able to be highly productive in a dynamic, collaborative environment
