📋 Description

• Serve as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams • Drive SAFe practices and principles across the Agile Release Train • Support teams in identifying and removing bottlenecks and resolving escalated impediments • Facilitate PI planning sessions, sprint iteration demos, retrospectives, and Scrum of Scrums • Manage the Digital delivery portfolio and associated ceremonies globally • Establish KPIs for the Agile Release Train, track progress, and report status to leadership and stakeholders • Oversee and track program-level execution to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within scope • Provide visibility into progress, metrics, and roadblocks • Support development of the Bobcat Digital annual operating plan with forecasts and estimates • Provide effort and time estimates for new business initiatives • Forecast and manage delivery team right sizing with Digital and supplier labor providers • Collaborate with Product Managers, Solution Architects, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, business stakeholders, and other ART stakeholders • Identify risks and dependencies and create mitigation strategies • Mentor Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and team leads in Agile best practices and SAFe principles • Establish ART best practices through retrospectives and process improvements • Assess and evolve Agile practices to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput • Engage business and technical stakeholders to align delivery with strategic goals and manage expectations

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 7+ years in software engineering and management roles • At least 3+ years of experience as a Release Train Engineer or similar role in a SAFe/Agile environment • Deep understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and XP • Experience with the SAFe framework • Strong leadership and communication skills • Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and delivering software solutions • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), modern engineering practices, and technologies • Experience in cloud technologies, microservices architecture, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Ability to foster a collaborative, high-performance culture • Proven experience working across teams and departments, managing dependencies, and aligning common goals
