📋 Description

• Create Jenkins pipelines for functional and web service automation to achieve continuous delivery • Use Ansible and Ansible Tower for configuration management, automation, deployment, and change management • Support Windows 2012/2016 and Red Hat Linux Enterprise 7 environments using VMware/vSphere Client for cloning, snapshots, and deployment automation • Develop and onboard pipeline applications and systems with the Enterprise Platform Team • Address security vulnerabilities and patch hosts • Orchestrate software updates and verify functionality using Ansible • Establish operational viability standards and deliver automated Ansible playbooks and PHP scripts • Implement and maintain Ansible configuration management across OpenStack cloud environments • Manage multiple nodes and inventories with Ansible Tower • Configure RALLY workflows, customizations, plug-ins, and Jenkins integrations with RALLY/GitHub • Develop Chocolatey packages and PowerShell solutions for Windows • Participate in application requirements analysis with business owners • Coordinate Scrum code-drop meetings with developers • Improve testing lifecycle planning, execution, and reporting • Design test data using SQL queries and database schema joins • Design test cases for enterprise web services, XML, SOAP, and RESTful services using SoapUI • Perform benchmark, load, stress, and endurance testing for web applications • Use ALM, Jira, Splunk, and Grafana for defect tracking and monitoring • Work with global consultants and technologists delivering enterprise application managed services, cloud hosting, and consulting for PeopleSoft, Workday, and AWS

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Computer Science and three-five years of progressive, documented experience as a business-system analyst or the equivalent combination of education and experience • Minimum of three years of progressive, documented experience integrating business and PeopleSoft technology • Meaningful experience and in-depth understanding of PeopleSoft HCM • Experience with Benefits initiatives such as Affordable Care Act and/or State Mandated Leave Programs is a plus • Participation in ERP full lifecycle implementations or upgrades is preferred • Staffing industry experience and/or advanced degree is a plus • Proficient using Google mail, calendaring and shared drive • Comprehensive understanding of standard business processes • PeopleSoft applications (Human Resources Focused) • PeopleSoft Query, SQL, TOAD • Business Applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc. • Applicants for this position in the United States must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis • Must successfully pass pre-employment drug screen and background investigation
