📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex software solutions • Architect and implement high-performance APIs and microservices • Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and engineers to translate business needs into technical solutions • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding best practices • Mentor and coach junior engineers • Improve the software development lifecycle through automation, testing, and CI/CD pipelines • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to ensure service availability and reliability • Evaluate and integrate tools, frameworks, and technologies • Drive the technical vision for projects and contribute to architectural discussions and long-term planning • Apply AI-assisted development techniques across requirements analysis, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and operational support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • 5+ years of professional software development experience delivering complex, scalable applications • Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python and familiarity with their ecosystems • Understanding of software architecture patterns, including microservices, event-driven/clean architecture, and RESTful API design • Experience building and maintaining ASP.NET MVC and WCF applications • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes • Expertise in SQL and NoSQL database design and optimization • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues • Ability to lead technical discussions, present to stakeholders, and write detailed documentation • Experience using AI-assisted development platforms such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar tools • Experience integrating AI services, models, or agents into production applications is preferred • Government-issued photo ID submission for identity verification • Comprehensive background check • In-person I-9 verification • May be subject to drug screening prior to employment • High-speed internet over 10 Mbps at home • Final interviews may require onsite attendance
