📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality software solutions across EZCORP's digital product portfolio • Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects simultaneously • Break down complex initiatives into executable plans • Coordinate and direct the work of other engineers and contractors • Conduct code reviews across projects, enforcing quality standards • Mentor engineers on AI-assisted development practices • Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications using React, Angular, and Node.js

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience • 3+ years building production applications with React and/or Angular • 3+ years developing backend services using Node.js • 2+ years leading projects or technical workstreams • Demonstrated hands-on experience using AI coding tools • Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into production systems • Experience designing APIs, data models, and system interfaces • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
