📋 Description

• Lead the design and implementation of robust low-latency services and APIs • Focus on scalable multi-tenant architectures • Build and refine forward and reverse proxies for performance and security • Implement observability tools for monitoring and alerting • Leverage AI development tools and agentic frameworks to accelerate coding, testing, and problem-solving • Guide and mentor junior developers • Take initiative in architectural decisions while incorporating team feedback • Evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies • Develop applications for B2B SaaS multi-tenant and self-hosted platforms • Enhance forward and reverse proxy development, dynamic policy enforcement, and traffic interception and modification

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record as a Go developer • Experience developing low-latency applications • Experience working with multi-tenant B2B SaaS architectures • Experience developing forward and reverse proxies highly desirable • Expertise in Go programming • Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript • Understanding of network protocols and concepts • Experience with monitoring and observability tools • Hands-on experience with AI development tools • Experience integrating AI assistance into daily development workflows • Experience with agentic frameworks and context engineering highly desirable • Experience with public API design and engineering beneficial • Familiarity with LLMs, embeddings, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering techniques a plus • Ability to lead projects with minimal guidance • Excellent problem-solving skills • Strong interest in analyzing complex systems and improving efficiency and performance • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
