📋 Description

• Support the sales team with technical skills and provide technical knowledge around F5 solutions • Achieve the allocated sales target and sell relevant F5 solutions and products to Federal Civilian Agencies in partnership with the Sales Director • Learn and understand customers’ technical and business challenges and propose effective solutions • Present technical features and business benefits in a Technical Value Proposition • Articulate F5 product strategy, messaging, positioning, value proposition, and solutions for customer business objectives • Provide technical expertise through sales presentations, solution designs, solution demonstrations, and proof of concepts • Mentor and educate sales teams on the value of F5 solutions and business drivers • Determine opportunity viability and map organizational structure • Drive the sales process with the Account Manager by identifying the Technical Decision Maker and obtaining technical validation, support, and sponsorship • Provide customer service throughout the customer life cycle • Collaborate with internal technical and sales resources and share best practices, updates, and expertise

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of related industry experience • BS/BA degree in a relevant field (CS, EE, MIS) or equivalent experience • Sales Engineering experience • Experience with F5 BIG-IP • Experience in traffic management and load-balancing technologies, e.g., F5, Citrix, NGINX, Kemp, or others • Experience with SaaS security • Experience supporting Federal Civilian Agencies
