📋 Description

• Shape the future of quality: develop and implement testing strategies that keep our platforms secure, stable, and scalable • Drive the advancement of test automation frameworks, regression testing, performance tests, and exploratory testing • Own our QA tooling and the associated infrastructure • Collaborate closely with engineering and product stakeholders • Set group-wide standards without restricting room for innovation within individual companies • Provide transparency for executive leadership on the current quality status • Support incident reviews and root-cause analyses • Work with product managers to identify core business processes • Test a neobroker platform built on AWS, Java, Angular, and Flutter • Lead and inspire a team: coach a team of 5–8 talented QA Engineers • Foster a culture of curiosity, ownership, and continuous improvement • Bring people together: drive knowledge sharing and alignment across the three companies • Ensure QA is not a safety net but a driver of speed and innovation

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience as a QA Manager, QA Lead, or Head of QA, ideally in a dynamic environment with multiple products • Deep knowledge of testing strategies, automation frameworks, and QA platforms • Proven experience defining and driving a testing strategy across multiple teams • Hands-on experience (you have written tests yourself) with modern engineering practices and test frameworks: CI/CD, agile development, shift-left testing • Strong leadership and coaching skills – you love supporting people in their development and success • Excellent communication skills: you speak “QA” with testers, “Tech” with engineers, and “results” with executives • A passion for building high-quality products that users can trust • Experience in finance/fintech and a solid understanding of the financial industry • Fluent in German and English
