📋 Description

• Build products that help organizations train employees and overcome people-related problems at scale • Ship regularly and iteratively by writing testable, readable, and maintainable code • Fix bugs and performance problems • Develop understanding of data flows through complex systems and intricate data models • Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly to improve velocity and code quality • Design and implement solutions considering scale, security, performance, and privacy • Review quantitative and qualitative research about clients and learners • Contribute to product strategy and roadmap • Monitor and analyze operational performance trends in Operational Reviews • Partner with Product to provide viable technical paths for features and improvements • Work with product, design, and support teams to maximize user value • Participate in and lead code reviews • Share learnings through presentations or documentation • Mentor others

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer • Experience coding in a production Python/Django environment • Experience writing and optimizing SQL queries • Experience designing relational data models • Experience with React and TypeScript • Exposure to infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform • Experience with tiered web application architecture, including backend services, APIs, and frontend integration • Experience improving or refactoring complex systems in production without impacting customer experience, especially under conditions involving tight synchronization, legacy code, or data consistency challenges • Excellent written communication skills
