📋 Description

• Lead a team of Java developers in designing and developing software applications • Provide technical guidance and expertise in Java development best practices • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Conduct code reviews and mentor team members • Ensure adherence to coding standards • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions • Analyze and optimize application performance and scalability • Stay up-to-date with the latest Java technologies and trends to drive innovation and efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or Master's degree in Software Engineering • Oracle Certified Java Associate certification • Experience with Agile Methodology • Experience with Apache Kafka • Client relations skills • Collaboration tools • Design thinking • Executive presence • Inclusion • People leadership • Personal effectiveness • Risk management • Storytelling • English proficiency at C2 level • Los Angeles, California-based candidates are not eligible for this role
