📋 Description

• Serve as a ServiceNow Technical Architect and Subject Matter Expert, leading the design, implementation, and optimization of complex, enterprise-scale solutions on the ServiceNow platform • Define and own the enterprise ServiceNow architecture roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy, security requirements, and IT objectives • Translate complex business and technical requirements into scalable, maintainable, and integrated ServiceNow solutions • Lead the end-to-end architecture and design across platform capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, and App Engine • Architect and oversee complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and event-driven patterns • Establish and enforce platform governance, development standards, and architectural guardrails • Provide hands-on guidance in configuration and development, including scoped applications, workflows, Flow Designer, and automation solutions • Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and platform health assessments to ensure quality, performance, and scalability • Design and implement reusable and scalable platform components aligned with ServiceNow best practices • Lead platform lifecycle management, including upgrade planning, regression strategy, and release management • Drive adoption of DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and source control • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and administrators; act as an escalation point for complex technical challenges • Collaborate with executive and working-level stakeholders to align platform capabilities to mission and business outcomes • Evaluate and recommend emerging ServiceNow capabilities, including AI/automation and advanced analytics

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required • Minimum of TEN (10) years of professional experience • Proven experience serving as a lead or enterprise ServiceNow Architect on large-scale, multi-module implementations • Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is preferred • Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, including CMDB, CSDM, data modeling, and domain separation • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing complex enterprise integrations • Experience with platform scalability, performance tuning, and instance optimization • Strong understanding of security architecture, including role-based access controls and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, FedRAMP) • Proven ability to establish and enforce governance frameworks, SDLC processes, and development standards • Experience with DevOps/CI-CD tools (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins) for ServiceNow delivery • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and influence strategic decisions • US Citizenship is contractually required.
