📋 Description

• Perform routine Quality Assurance evaluations across 100+ hotels in the assigned territory • Protect brand integrity regarding cleanliness, condition, guest safety, and brand standards • Address internal inquiries and communications verbally and in writing • Monitor travel expenses against monthly and yearly goals • Participate in Consistency exercises • Participate in activities outside Quality Assurance to gain knowledge of other departments • Communicate with Quality Auditors, Area Managers, Directors, Vice President of QA, Brand teams, Design and Construction, and Human Resources regarding brand standard compliance, QA, brand protocol, procedures, and Improvement Plans • Coordinate travel plans and hotel scheduling • Ensure downtime work is completed and submitted by established deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• Five (5) years of management experience in Hotel Operations • Three (3) years of experience as a General Manager, Executive Committee Member, or Director for a Hotel • Valid Driver's license • Travel 90% of the time • BA/BS Bachelor's Degree preferred • Project management experience preferred • Working knowledge of product replacement cycles, renovations and physical upgrades preferred
