📋 Description

• Lead multiple engineering teams responsible for identity and access management, shared services, runtime and infrastructure platforms, observability, reliability engineering, and foundational architecture patterns • Define engineering vision, align roadmaps, drive architectural decisions, and ensure technical sustainability • Drive MarketPlace Engineering strategy and roadmap in alignment with business outcomes and product needs • Partner with Product to deliver scalable platform capabilities and establish clear architectural foundations • Set platform priorities based on customer impact, risk reduction, cost efficiency, and developer productivity • Lead execution across multiple teams and programs with predictable delivery, high quality, and measurable outcomes • Build disciplined software engineering practices covering planning, requirements, architecture, and release management • Ensure high-quality platform APIs, service contracts, backward compatibility, and versioning strategies • Own platform-wide reliability outcomes including availability, latency, error rates, and resilience • Partner with SRE/CloudOps on incident response, postmortems, runbooks, and reliability practices • Ensure security-by-default, compliance alignment, and governance • Champion internal developer experience through self-service infrastructure, CI/CD modernization, test automation, tooling, documentation, and platform abstractions • Drive architectural direction across service boundaries, data patterns, eventing, multi-tenancy, and consistency • Manage technical debt and enable modernization • Establish and enforce observability, security, architectural, and technology standards • Lead, coach, and develop Engineering Directors, Engineering Managers, Staff+ Engineers, and technical leaders • Develop talent strategy including hiring, onboarding, retention, performance management, and succession planning • Partner with Product, Quality, UX/Design, Customer Success, and Support teams • Communicate roadmap status, risks, tradeoffs, and technical strategy to executives and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of software engineering experience • 8+ years leading multi-team engineering organizations • Experience preferably in the CPM/ERM industry • Demonstrated success leading platform, infrastructure, or foundational architecture teams in a modern SaaS/product company • Strong understanding of scalable distributed systems, cloud platforms, service design, and platform operating models • Experience driving engineering excellence across delivery, quality, reliability, security, and developer productivity • Proven ability to hire and grow high-performing engineering leaders and teams • Strong stakeholder management skills • Experience with finance, enterprise SaaS, or highly regulated domains such as SOX, SOC 2, FedRAMP, or GDPR • Prior OneStream or financial CPM experience • Experience building internal developer platforms or large-scale platform modernization initiatives • Experience with multi-tenant architecture and enterprise identity patterns • Experience in high-availability systems and global-scale operations • Strong technical judgment and pragmatic decision-making • Must be legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship
