📋 Description

• Develop and execute a forward-looking HR technology strategy aligned with business growth, automation, and digital employee experience goals • Influence business leaders on processes and key business solutions • Serve as the primary liaison and trusted advisor between HRIT and HR business stakeholders • Lead HRIT associates and contractors while driving innovation, excellence, and accountability • Identify and champion emerging HR technologies, AI capabilities, and automation • Oversee implementation, enhancements, and support for Workday, ServiceNow, Phenom, Cornerstone, and related technologies • Ensure system performance, data integrity, security, governance, and compliance • Build HR data and analytics platforms supporting workforce planning, retention, engagement, and performance insights • Drive continuous improvement through automation, digital workflows, and user-centric design • Manage third-party vendors and contracts, including SLAs, renewals, and RFPs • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Procurement on sourcing, renewals, and commercial terms

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field • 7+ years of experience in HR, HR technology, or people analytics • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role • Experience with data management, including Databricks, Mango, and SQL • Strong HR domain expertise • Experience with an Anaplan module • Demonstrated success leading process reengineering and automation initiatives • Strong analytical mindset and proven data-driven decision-making and workforce analytics experience • Experience managing global HR technology strategies and system consolidation • Ability to influence cross-functional teams, build stakeholder alignment, and drive innovation • Familiarity with compliance standards, HR data governance, and system audit-readiness • Ability to run large-scale, highly visible programs with multiple project teams • Understanding of operations, technology, communications, and processes • Six Sigma certification preferred • ITIL certification preferred • Ability to provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a home office • Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Wireless and satellite internet service are not allowed • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
