📋 Description

• Design, build, deploy, and monitor CI/CD workflows and pipelines • Support development teams in deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting web applications • Plan, develop, and deploy infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and Ansible • Use Ansible for server configuration management and change tracking • Automate code deployments, vulnerability scanning, and AWS infrastructure provisioning using GitLab • Implement AI-assisted coding workflows using GitLab Duo • Integrate and manage foundational AI models using AWS Bedrock while ensuring data privacy and compliance • Implement and manage cloud security controls and policies • Support application migration efforts • Respond to incidents and handle alerts • Analyze and resolve development and production environment issues • Document processes, configurations, and system changes • Resolve infrastructure and application performance bottlenecks • Operate in Agile environments using Jira and Confluence • Participate in scrum ceremonies and collaborate with technical leaders, business stakeholders, customers, and multidisciplinary teams • Support critical U.S. Navy missions and contribute to technical strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional DevOps experience, with focus on planning, building, and supporting AWS Cloud and DevSecOps environments • Bachelor's degree in IT-related field required • Active Secret security clearance preferred; must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance • United States citizenship required for eligibility to obtain the security clearance • Must reside in the continental United States • Must be able to design, build, and deploy in AWS Cloud Services, including EKS, EC2, and/or Lambda • Experience deploying and maintaining Infrastructure-as-Code • Extensive experience with CI/CD frameworks and containerized pipelines and orchestration using Terraform, Kubernetes, CloudFormation, Ansible, Docker, and Jenkins • Familiar or hands-on experience with GitLab Duo, GitHub Copilot, and AWS Bedrock • Experience with GitLab and/or GitHub Actions for version control, source code management, and workflow automation • Experience with secure-by-design and zero-trust architecture • Extensive DevSecOps experience with software builds, testing, deployments, and security checking • AWS Kinesis experience • Experience with CloudWatch and/or Splunk • Experience with SonarQube • Experience conducting vulnerability scanning • Experience with Linux and scripting tools such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell • Strong experience with Jira and Confluence in Agile environments • Understanding of security best practices and implementing security measures in CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure • Strong communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
