📋 Description

• Support development teams in deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting web applications • Build, design, deploy, and monitor CI/CD workflows and pipelines • Improve the scope of existing CI/CD workflows and pipelines • Plan, develop, and deploy infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and Ansible • Use Ansible for configuration management, server maintenance, configuration, and change tracking • Use GitLab to automate code deployments, vulnerability scanning, and AWS infrastructure provisioning • Implement AI-assisted coding workflows with GitLab Duo to accelerate delivery, automate code reviews, and streamline debugging • Collaborate with development teams to securely integrate and manage foundational AI models using AWS Bedrock while ensuring data privacy and compliance • Implement and manage cloud security controls and policies • Support application migration efforts • Respond to incidents and alerts • Analyze and resolve development and production environment issues • Document and maintain processes, configurations, and system changes • Resolve infrastructure and application performance bottlenecks • Operate in Agile environments using Jira for issue tracking and sprint management and Confluence for technical documentation • Participate in scrum ceremonies and collaborate with design, development, and customer teams

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional DevOps/DevSecOps experience focused on AWS Cloud and DevSecOps environments • Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field required • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance • United States Citizenship required for Secret clearance eligibility • Experience designing, building, and deploying AWS services including EKS, EC2, and/or Lambda • Experience deploying and maintaining Infrastructure-as-Code • Extensive experience with CI/CD frameworks, containerized pipelines, and orchestration using Terraform, Kubernetes, CloudFormation, Ansible, Docker, and Jenkins • Experience with GitLab and/or GitHub Actions for version control, source code management, and workflow automation • Experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as GitLab Duo or GitHub Copilot and cloud-based GenAI services such as AWS Bedrock • Extensive DevSecOps experience covering secure builds, testing, deployments, and security checks • AWS Kinesis experience • Experience with application and system performance monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch and/or Splunk • Experience with secure-by-design and zero-trust architecture • Experience with SonarQube • Experience conducting vulnerability scanning • Experience with Linux and scripting tools such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell • Strong experience with Agile environments, Jira, and Confluence • Understanding of security best practices and implementing security measures in CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure • Strong communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
