📋 Description

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation. • Answer frequently asked questions from employees relating to standard policies, benefits, and hiring processes; refer complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management. • Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records. • Process collectors’ backgrounds annually. • Assist with terminations, transfers, employee status changes, and the employee performance review process. • Perform administrative duties related to the HRIS. • Generate standard and customized reports for leadership. • Act as the first point of contact for staff and managers regarding system access, technical issues, and basic HRIS training. • Perform periodic audits of HR files and records. • Provide clerical support to the HR department. • Assist with payroll questions, including answering employee questions, fixing processing errors, and providing guidance on HRIS tax and direct deposit information. • Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. • Experienced in and proficient with ADP Workforce Now, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook, with the ability to learn other software platforms. • Associate degree in a related field required. • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
