📋 Description

• Migrate and re-platform the JobSiteCare system from Salesforce to a modern C#/.NET and React Vite architecture ahead of contractual deadlines • Ramp up on and interpret the existing legacy codebase, replicating proven functionality where appropriate • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using C#/.NET 10+, including backend APIs and shared libraries • Build cross-platform mobile and desktop applications using .NET MAUI • Develop high-performance web front ends using React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript tooling • Implement cloud-native architectures using Azure PaaS services • Design scalable and resilient microservices or modular monolithic architectures • Design and optimize relational schemas in Azure SQL Database • Implement stored procedures, indexing strategies, and performance tuning • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with data architects • Define CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions • Participate in environment configuration, infrastructure-as-code using ARM, Bicep, or Terraform • Monitor applications using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics • Troubleshoot production issues and lead root-cause analysis • Work with AI coding tools and agentic development workflows while maintaining code quality and security • Use Company-approved AI accounts and tooling to preserve code history, governance, and data security • Mentor junior and mid-level developers • Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, architectural discussions, and system documentation • Partner with QA on testability, automation coverage, and product quality • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to deliver intuitive, responsive cross-platform experiences

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years professional experience in software development with C# and .NET • Experience migrating or modernizing legacy systems and rapidly ramping on an existing codebase under deadline pressure • Strong experience with Azure PaaS services, including several of Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Event Grid, Service Bus, Storage, API Management, Key Vault, and Logic Apps • Hands-on expertise with Azure SQL, including schema design, performance tuning, and querying • Production experience building cross-platform apps using .NET MAUI or Xamarin.Forms with migration experience • Strong proficiency with React Vite, React.js, modern JavaScript/TypeScript, and front-end build tooling such as Webpack and npm/Yarn • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating authentication/authorization systems such as Azure AD, B2C, and OAuth2 • Understanding of cloud-native best practices, distributed systems, and application performance patterns • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments with modern DevOps workflows • Working knowledge of HIPAA and PHI-handling requirements in a healthcare software environment • Familiarity with NoSQL solutions such as Cosmos DB, Table Storage, and Blob Storage • Experience with message-driven architectures or event-based systems • Experience with automated testing frameworks such as xUnit, Jest, and Playwright • Knowledge of cloud application security best practices, OWASP, zero-trust, and secret management • Knowledge of healthcare security best practices, HIPAA, FHIR, and HL7 is a plus • Knowledge of OAuth frameworks and experience with Auth0 as a single sign-on provider • Exposure to Blazor or other .NET UI frameworks is a plus • Excellent communication and technical documentation skills • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams • Commitment to code quality, maintainability, and continuous improvement • Able to sit for several hours at a time with periodic breaks • Ability to use fine motor skills to operate computers, office equipment and/or machinery • Visual acuity for preparing and analyzing data and figures, transcribing, viewing a computer monitor, and extensive reading • Work hours aligned to the Eastern Time Zone • Must be based and perform work in the United States
