📋 Description
• Provide subject matter guidance to a group of 25–30 undergraduate online students • Support students in academic writing, research, and time management • Conduct 1:1 and small-group tutoring sessions • Guide students toward relevant reference material • Mark assessments and provide long-form feedback • Manage discussion forums • Provide proactive, prompt, and personalised support for student queries and issues • Interact promptly with students by email, calls, and online sessions • Apply Python to data analysis, business process automation, and data-driven decision-making • Support development of Python programs using programming concepts, data and file handling, NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, and GUI development
🎯 Requirements
• PG/Doctoral degree with distinction or first-class from a top university in India • At least 5 years of corporate experience and/or teaching experience in relevant fields • Strong knowledge of Python programming and business analytics • Expertise applying Python to data analysis, business process automation, and data-driven decision-making • Knowledge of Python data structures and file handling • Knowledge of object-oriented programming • Experience with NumPy and Pandas • Experience with Matplotlib and data visualisation • Knowledge of GUI development using Tkinter, PyQt, or wxPython • Proficient in English, with excellent oral and written communication • Working laptop • High-speed stable internet connection above 10 MBPS • Ability to quickly learn and use technology platforms including the host university’s LMS and LINCtrac • Availability from 2:30 pm to 7:00 pm IST every day of the week
