📋 Description

• Design and develop Pega solutions aligned with business requirements and enterprise standards • Build and enhance functionality using Pega Flows, Activities, Data Pages, and Connectors • Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with Pega guardrails and development best practices • Partner with solution architects to meet design, security, and integration standards • Support application demonstrations, sprint reviews, and stakeholder walkthroughs • Participate in test execution, defect resolution, and release support • Collaborate with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes

🎯 Requirements

• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) required • 7–10+ years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years of hands‑on Pega development • Strong experience building Pega solutions using Flows, Activities, Data Pages, and Connectors • Solid understanding of Pega guardrails, performance tuning, and best practices • Experience working in financial services or banking environments • Broad technical exposure including Cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and Java • Experience supporting Agile delivery teams and working with architects on solution design
