📋 Description

• Discover, scope, and deliver full-stack applications directly within client teams • Own problems end-to-end from ambiguous brief through production • Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, back-end frameworks, and cloud platforms • Prototype and productionize AI-enabled features, including LLM integration, RAG, agentic workflows, and intelligent automation • Apply AI evaluation, guardrails, and cost/latency awareness • Use AI-assisted development tooling to improve delivery velocity • Implement infrastructure-as-code and automated deployment pipelines • Develop automated tests and AI feature evaluation harnesses • Conduct code reviews and maintain engineering standards • Provide technical leadership and mentorship across AI and full-stack work • Manage delivery expectations with client stakeholders • Track emerging AI and web technologies and assess their practical leverage

🎯 Requirements

• Strong consulting experience and problem-solving skills in ambiguous, client-facing settings • Track record of ramping quickly on unfamiliar codebases, domains, and client organizations • 7+ years of experience working on large development projects using React and related tools • Strong proficiency in TypeScript • Strong understanding of modern React (18+), including component lifecycles, hooks, concurrent features, Server Components, and Next.js App Router patterns • Strong understanding of Redux, Context, and RTK Query • Strong experience with Jest, Vitest, React Testing Library, and Cypress • 5+ years of experience building and integrating REST APIs and back-end services • Experience with Node.js, .NET, Ruby on Rails, or Go • Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP and infrastructure-as-code practices • Experience architecting complex software systems and documenting design trade-offs • Experience setting technical direction across teams or engagements • 2+ years of hands-on experience building with modern AI in real products or client engagements • Experience integrating LLMs through provider APIs such as Anthropic or OpenAI • Familiarity with RAG, vector stores, embeddings, and prompt design • Experience with agentic patterns, orchestration frameworks, tool/function calling, and MCP • Working grasp of AI evaluation, guardrails, safety, and production cost/latency trade-offs • Fluency with AI-assisted development tooling • Client delivery experience translating business requirements into technical specifications • Awareness of technical effects on engagement scope, timeline, and margin • 3+ years of experience leading an engineering team, mentoring, and planning delivery • Experience managing delivery expectations with stakeholders • Portfolio, GitHub, Dribbble, or other online presence encouraged • Travel for team and client meetings, typically up to 15%, is required
