📋 Description

• Deploy and configure software solutions in customer environments • Develop integrations using APIs and custom code • Troubleshoot technical issues across applications, infrastructure, and cloud platforms • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to enhance platform capabilities • Automate deployments and maintain technical documentation • Provide technical support during implementation and go-live

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Implementation • Proficiency in Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript • Experience with REST APIs, SQL, Git, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines • Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-facing skills • Experience with enterprise SaaS deployments preferred • Background in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry highly preferred • Knowledge of Terraform, monitoring tools, and AI/LLM technologies • Ability to work remotely and travel to Boston, MA as required
