📋 Description

• Consult on the sale, design, and delivery of IT products and solutions • Design solutions for managed service plans, cloud migrations, and AI solutions • Assess client IT environments and present illustrative recommendations • Develop detailed Statements of Work for clients and internal guidance • Create budgets mapping to client and business goals • Analyze, prepare, and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews for assigned clients • Participate with the sales team in early-stage prospect interactions • Partner with Client Executives, Account Managers, Sales Operations, field staff, delivery teams, and client stakeholders • Act as a trusted advisor delivering secure, scalable, outcome-focused solutions • Work on multiple concurrent client proposals in a fast-paced MSP environment • Support clients during after-hours as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Presales experience designing IT solutions aligned with client business objectives • Technical expertise across managed services, cloud, AI, cybersecurity, networking, data protection, compliance, and digital transformation • Experience consulting on the sale, design, and delivery of IT products and solutions • Ability to assess existing IT environments and articulate recommendations • Ability to develop detailed Statements of Work • Ability to create budgets aligned with client budgets and business goals • Ability to analyze, prepare, and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews • Ability to work on multiple concurrent client proposals in a fast-paced Managed IT Services environment • Presales skills with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, MFA, Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft-based servers and workstations • Knowledge of Azure, AWS, GCP, Nutanix, AI technologies, EDR, MDR, SIEM, SOC, SOAR, backup and disaster recovery, network firewalls, managed switches, SOC 2, and CMMC • Existing Microsoft or AWS certifications are a plus • Must be located in Pacific Standard Time (PST); strong preference for California, Washington state, or Seattle • Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. local hours, with after-hours support as needed • Ability to travel up to 20% • Must be authorized to work in the United States, as NexusTek participates in E-Verify for all US employees
