📋 Description

• Own full-cycle bookkeeping across 7 distinct operating entities • Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations • Maintain general ledgers and ensure accurate intercompany accounting • Manage QuickBooks Online class tracking and location tracking • Process complex payroll runs in ADP Workforce Now • Administer garnishments and health insurance deduction audits • Map journal entries to individual care houses and locations • Drive monthly accounts receivable, rent, and resident statements • Audit Medicaid billing records • Track care house labor hours to optimize budgets • Execute month-end closes and track accruals • Compile clean audit packages for external CPAs • Support year-end tax preparations and Adjusted Journal Entries

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Accountancy, or Finance • 4+ years of hands-on, progressive bookkeeping experience managing multi-company portfolios • Advanced, proven mastery of QuickBooks Online, especially class/location tracking • Deep hands-on expertise with ADP Workforce Now for payroll and GL integration • Extreme attention to financial detail, including deduction discrepancy detection and Medicaid billing audits • Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and XLOOKUPs • Ability to adapt to cloud-based accounting systems, multi-company ERP environments, digital document vaults, and secure corporate VPN networks • Dedicated, private, quiet, and secure home office • High-performance computer, dual monitors, reliable fiber internet, and power backup solutions • Ability to safely handle sensitive financial data
