• Maintain and enhance the Workday platform, including workflows, process improvement, organizational compliance, data integrity, configuration, security, reporting, data analysis, and processing • Manage and maintain existing Workday modules and evaluate new functionality and modules • Configure and update business processes, security roles, and integrations • Prepare, test, and execute annual Workday projects and tasks, including objective setting, performance reviews, 9-boxing, bonus and merit processes, employee engagement, data integrity projects, and open enrollment • Analyze, validate, and audit system data for accuracy and legal compliance • Develop custom reports and dashboards and maintain scheduled report delivery • Import large-scale data changes into the HR system • Partner with HR Business Partners, SMEs, and business leaders on Workday functionality design and development • Provide leadership, coaching, and training support to Workday super-users, HRBPs, and other staff • Maintain system configurations, automated business processes, security, and integrations according to internal standards • Support end users with issue resolution, change management, administrative and technical standards, training documents, videos, and training sessions • Review and process Workday HR Administrator tasks, including final hire approvals, job/data/location changes, delegation changes, task cancellation/rescinding, and security changes • Perform HR system testing for implementations, upgrades, patches, and enhancements • Participate in Workday user-group meetings, trainings, and conferences • Research and troubleshoot non-routine HR system issues and coordinate vendor/consultant service requests • Prepare for bi-annual Workday releases, research functionality changes, establish testing plans, complete testing, and update business processes and fields as needed • Manage multiple projects and serve as liaison among HR, IT, external vendors, and stakeholders • Organize HR systems projects, build project plans, and ensure schedule/specification adherence • Oversee annual Affirmative Action Plans and educate HR team members on requirements and results • Oversee required federal and state reporting, including EEO and Vets reporting • Meet department and company performance and attendance expectations • Perform other duties as assigned
• Minimum of 4 years of experience working in Human Resources • Prior HR-system experience including implementation, administration, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and/or providing technical support • Prior experience with Workday strongly preferred • Experience leading and executing projects from start to finish • Bachelor’s degree required; candidates with an associate’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma and 4 years of relevant experience, in addition to the required minimum years of Work Experience will also be considered • Preferred area of focus: Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field • Strong understanding of HR workflows and system dependencies • Ability to work under changing priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high customer service standard • Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously • Ability to guide internal customers through the design and delivery of new functionality • Experience analyzing data for HR Business Partners, business or functional leaders, Legal team, and external parties • Experience working cross-functionally to conduct business needs analysis, drive consensus, deliver updates, and provide project results to senior management • Ability to interact with and present to all levels of leadership • Ability to read and comprehend both written and spoken English • Communicate clearly and effectively • Ability to stoop and bend, sit and/or stand for extended periods, perform repetitive typing/sorting/filing motions, and lift/carry files and business materials • Follow privacy policy and HIPAA laws and regulations concerning confidentiality and security of protected health information
