📋 Description

• Work directly with the Chief Product Officer to build product prototypes and manage product integrations • Build new product prototypes from customer discovery and feature ideation through prototyping and engineering handoff • Build and manage integrations with software in the simulation ecosystem, including the NVIDIA suite of simulation tools • Develop a deep understanding of customer workflows across autonomy, robotics, computer vision, and simulation teams • Spend time on site with customers • Contribute to roadmap and quarterly planning across Product and Engineering • Define and track product success metrics, including customer adoption, workflow efficiency, data generation throughput, scenario coverage, model performance lift, platform reliability, and revenue impact • Translate complex technical and customer needs into clear product direction • Communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions to internal customers and executives • Break down ambiguous technical problems into actionable plans and priorities • Represent customer insights internally to engineering and leadership • Collaborate on launch planning and enablement, including documentation, demos, sales materials, release notes, and internal training • Monitor autonomy, robotics, synthetic data, and AI infrastructure markets and competitive trends to inform product decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering or field engineering experience delivering highly impactful and innovative platform or infrastructure products at scale, ideally with API offerings • Experience working in a B2B enterprise environment • Working understanding of machine learning frameworks, embodied AI development, and simulation • Fluent in Python and C++ • Proficient with AI-enabled development workflows • Entrepreneurial sense of ownership and accountability for product outcomes • Proven ability to partner effectively across functions and gain shared vision on decisions, resources, and priority trade-offs • Ability to thrive in open-ended, ambiguous environments and turn complex problems into clear plans • Willingness to travel to sit with customers • Degree in computer science, engineering, or related field is a strong signal, not a requirement • Experience as an engineer at a simulation, developer tools, autonomous systems, or physical AI company is a strong signal • Familiarity with closed-loop simulation, scenario-based testing, or sensor-in-the-loop workflows is a strong signal • Strong desire to spend time on site and collaborate directly with users is a strong signal
