📋 Description

• Own major parts of Maven’s growing marketplace • Build and improve the marketplace storefront • Develop the next-generation course platform • Own recommendation and data systems • Take substantial ownership of technical systems and product roadmap • Experiment with and use the latest agentic coding tools • Think strategically and own end-to-end processes • Post regular status updates to dedicated Slack channels • Participate in company demos and twice-yearly offsites

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience shipping real features to a real user base • Think deeply about user-facing product details, data model design, and system architecture • High degree of agency and conscientiousness • Crisp and thoughtful communication • Experience or familiarity with React and Next.js • Experience or familiarity with Python and FastAPI • Experience or familiarity with Postgres and OpenSearch • Experience or familiarity with OpenAI • Experience or familiarity with dbt and Snowflake • Availability to work in US time zones ±1 hour
