📋 Description

• Architect and implement modular, maintainable software solutions optimized for performance and scalability • Lead feature and epic design discussions and incorporate cross-functional feedback • Drive technical decisions aligned with business objectives and customer needs • Resolve technical ambiguities through systematic analysis and collaboration • Own medium- to large-scale projects from conception through delivery with minimal supervision • Coordinate across teams to identify and manage technical dependencies • Maintain coding standards while meeting project timelines • Champion software development, testing, and deployment best practices • Improve CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and monitoring systems • Provide actionable code reviews • Drive technical debt reduction and legacy-code refactoring • Guide junior engineers in best practices and modern development techniques • Facilitate knowledge sharing through code reviews, pair programming, and technical discussions • Resolve conflicts independently when possible and escalate appropriately • Influence technical direction through reasoned arguments and expertise

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience • Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience • Proven track record of leading significant technical initiatives • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Collaborative mindset with ability to influence peers • Adaptable approach to changing requirements and priorities • Strong proficiency in software development languages and frameworks • Demonstrated experience with agile development methodologies • Knowledge of performance optimization techniques • Deep experience with C#, .NET, React, and SQL • Experience with CI/CD tools, including GitHub, Postman, Octopus, and Datadog • Deep understanding of system architecture principles • Must be available five days per week during designated work hours • Experience with banking and money movement subject matters is desirable • AWS or similar cloud experience is desirable • Experience using AI tools to accelerate code development is desirable • Ability to sit for extended periods, typically 7–8 hours a day • Ability to operate computers and phone systems and type
