📋 Description

• Design and implement RAG pipelines using vector databases and embeddings • Build and optimize LLM-powered applications, including chatbots, copilots, and automation agents • Use Claude, GPT, and AI coding assistants to accelerate development and improve code quality • Develop agentic AI workflows supporting reasoning, tool usage, and multi-step decision-making • Design and orchestrate multi-agent workflows, including supervisor patterns, agent handoffs, and tool routing • Architect and deploy AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Azure ML • Manage scalable deployments with Azure Kubernetes Service, Docker, and Helm • Implement semantic search and vector indexing using Qdrant or Azure Cognitive Search • Build model-agnostic AI routing layers to abstract LLM provider dependencies and enable model switching • Build and maintain full-stack applications with Angular or modern JavaScript frameworks, FastAPI, Spring Boot, Node.js, and SQL/NoSQL systems • Integrate AI services into enterprise systems and APIs • Use AI tools for code generation, refactoring, debugging, optimization, test generation, and documentation • Evaluate and adopt new AI tools to improve engineering velocity • Build and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for AI applications • Optimize AI workload performance, scalability, and reliability • Monitor and improve model performance, latency, and cost efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field plus relevant experience • Strong experience with Python; FastAPI preferred • Experience with modern backend or full-stack frameworks • Hands-on experience with RAG architecture, embeddings, and vector databases • Experience with LLMs such as GPT, Claude, or similar • Experience deploying applications on Azure, including AKS and Azure AI services • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures • Experience with MS SQL, Azure Storage, Azure App Services, and APIM • Experience with Azure AI Foundry or similar GenAI platforms preferred • Strong understanding of prompt engineering, context management in LLMs, and fine-tuning/evaluation techniques preferred • Experience with vector databases such as Qdrant, Pinecone, or Azure Cognitive Search preferred • Exposure to agent frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or AutoGen preferred • Prior experience building AI copilots or internal AI tools preferred • Ability to perform essential job functions unaided or with reasonable accommodation
