📋 Description

• Take technical ownership of assigned solutions with accountability for quality and delivery. • Translate requirements into technical designs, approaches, and plans. • Implement full-stack solutions from data model to API to interface. • Own unit, integration, and end-to-end testing and validate against requirements before release. • Design and build integrations connecting systems within the architecture owned by leadership. • Build and maintain data pipelines for reporting and analytics. • Implement data models and clean contracts between systems, including schema changes, migrations, and backups. • Build AI features using the Anthropic Claude API and apply AI coding tools for development, debugging, documentation, and testing. • Work with Azure infrastructure, Microsoft Graph, SharePoint integrations, and Redis caching. • Follow and contribute to change-control processes. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across applications, integrations, and infrastructure. • Peer-review teammates' work through code reviews and design feedback. • Contribute to shared tooling, standards, and documentation. • Track work and changes in the team's shared system. • Automate repetitive work using AI tools to focus on solution design and quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar field. • Strong in two or three of the four domains: data engineering, AI, application development, and DevOps. • Comfortable contributing in the other domains with room to grow. • Demonstrated AI fluency and current use of AI tools in personal workflow. • Works effectively with limited supervision and is self-directed on execution within leadership direction, architecture, and standards. • Strong peer collaboration and review skills. • Ability to make sound technical decisions independently and know when to escalate. • Ability to raise strategy, budget/cost, and cross-functional decisions to leadership. • TypeScript, React, Node.js, Express, Prisma, Python, FastAPI, Azure Functions, Databricks, PostgreSQL, Redis, Azure Entra ID, Azure Key Vault, Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, and Anthropic Claude API experience.
