📋 Description

• Build and maintain data pipelines for reporting and analytics. • Implement data models and clean contracts between systems. • Handle schema changes, migrations, and backups. • Support data quality, reconciliation, and integrity. • Build AI features using the Anthropic Claude API. • Use AI coding tools for building, integrating, debugging, documenting, and testing. • Deliver full-stack work from data model to API to interface. • Translate requirements into technical designs, approaches, and plans. • Choose architecture within leadership-defined standards. • Own unit, integration, and end-to-end testing. • Design and build system integrations. • Peer-review teammates’ code and designs. • Contribute to shared tooling, standards, and documentation. • Track work and changes in shared systems. • Follow and contribute to change-control processes. • Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and infrastructure issues. • Take technical ownership of assigned solutions and ensure quality and delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar field. • Strong in two or three of the four domains: data engineering, AI, application development, and DevOps. • Comfortable contributing across the remaining domains with room to grow. • Demonstrated AI fluency and current use of AI tools in personal workflow. • Ability to work effectively with limited supervision and be self-directed within leadership direction, architecture, and standards. • Strong peer collaboration and review skills. • Ability to make sound technical decisions independently and know when to escalate. • Ability to raise strategy, budget/cost, and cross-functional decisions to leadership. • Experience or proficiency with TypeScript, React, Node.js, Express, Prisma, Python, FastAPI, Azure Functions, Databricks, PostgreSQL, Redis, Azure infrastructure, Entra ID, Key Vault, Microsoft Graph, SharePoint integrations, and Anthropic Claude API.
