📋 Description

• Create and maintain documentation to enable enterprise support staff to assist tool users effectively • Collaborate with support teams to develop Tier 1 knowledge articles • Work directly with users to identify root causes, troubleshoot issues, and deliver timely resolutions • Diagnose, test, and implement fixes or enhancements for existing web applications • Perform business analysis on system functionality • Support the full development life cycle from requirements through implementation • Support and sustain existing applications across the Supply Chain • Perform triage, bug fixes, documentation, and enhancement of web-based solutions ranging from simple to moderately complex

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree and less than 2 years prior relevant experience • Some experience in web application development • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract • Familiarity with .NET Framework / MVC • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS • Experience with C# or Java • Basic understanding of SQL or MySQL • Exposure to the full Microsoft development stack • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset • Effective organizational and time-management skills • Clear and professional communication skills (oral and written) • Ability to produce accurate, maintainable documentation
