📋 Description

• Realize solutions for federal, state, and local government customers and partners using MuleSoft’s Anypoint Platform • Provide technical and strategic guidance to MuleSoft implementation projects • Evaluate customer technical and functional requirements and develop efficient solutions • Work closely with customers and MuleSoft team members to architect transformational technology solutions • Lead customer, partner, and MuleSoft technical teams through multi-phased delivery projects • Provide hands-on delivery guidance influencing development, governance, and operational lifecycle standards • Guide product direction and features by providing insight to MuleSoft product leadership • Identify engagement risks and blockers and help design and implement mitigation measures • Expand the MuleSoft footprint through professional services sales and collaboration with partners, system integrators, and third parties • Train, coach, and mentor Services team members in technical and consulting skills • Participate in Salesforce-sponsored volunteer activities

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in the Washington, DC metro area • Six to ten years of proven experience leading integration teams and architecting solutions within diverse technical teams • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required • Experience conducting technical workshops with technical and business clients • Experience architecting service integrations with at least two of: MuleSoft or IBM, BEA, Oracle Fusion, TIBCO, Dell Boomi, Progress Sonic, or similar solutions; API Management solutions; on-premise or SaaS packaged COTS solutions for ERP, CRM, e-commerce, or mobile • Solid understanding of on-premise and cloud-based infrastructures, SDLC pipelines, configuration, and deployment • Experience with API and integration security, including authentication and authorization concepts and principles • Demonstrated experience with high availability, fault tolerance, performance testing, and tuning parameters on multiple engagements • Ability to work independently and be a self-starter • Ability to rapidly learn new concepts, business models, and technologies • Desire for continuous study of new technologies and functionality • U.S. citizenship (U.S. born or naturalized) required • Must not hold dual citizenship • Must agree to complete a U.S. federal government Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) for a Moderate Public Trust position • Must obtain and maintain the specific U.S. Government security clearance required for the role • Travel may be required up to 25%, depending on client requirements
