📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients • Identify and lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice • Contribute to the community’s knowledge base and expertise • Guide customers and colleagues in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies that increase business value • Teach complex concepts and apply creative, prescriptive thinking • Identify and proactively manage risk areas through complete resolution • Manage customer expectations and negotiate solutions to complex problems with customers and third-party partners • Review and correct project or program direction, approach, and key artifacts • Keep programs on track and ensure solutions are extendable and maintainable • Work with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients to architect technology solutions • Contribute to program vision and advise on project strategies involving enabling technologies, including the Salesforce Platform • Architect and deliver agentic, AI-first solutions for life sciences enterprise customers across commercial and clinical operations

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years enterprise architecture or consulting experience • Strong application design skills • Strong data, integration, and security architecture skills • Experience in the Life Sciences industry, particularly Pharma/Biopharma • Background in pharmaceutical commercial operations, field force engagement, HCP/HCO relationship management, or regulatory compliance • Strong presentation skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to rapidly learn and use new concepts, business models, and technologies • Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration • Strong experience in integration concepts, designs, and patterns • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; equivalent work experience will be considered • Multiple Salesforce Architecture certifications, or Salesforce Certified Agentforce Life Sciences Consultant, are an advantage • Hands-on experience with Agentforce for Life Sciences or equivalent Life Sciences CRM platforms is an advantage • Knowledge of HCP/HCO structures, Affiliations, Specialty Pharmacy, Medical Affairs, and compliant engagement workflows is an advantage • Experience supporting or delivering implementations for major pharmaceutical companies is an advantage • Familiarity with the agentic enterprise model and AI agents in life sciences commercial and clinical operations is an advantage • Collaboration and teamwork skills • Ability to explain areas of expertise clearly and confidently and engage C-level audiences
