📋 Description

• Design, plan, and implement key features as part of an agile team • Build scalable, high-performance APIs using Python and FastAPI • Develop and enhance frontend interfaces using React, Next.js, and TypeScript • Design and evolve data models and schemas using ClickHouse and MongoDB • Lead cross-functional technical reviews • Align with product and data science teams on integration points • Translate business requirements into scalable system designs • Mentor teammates and deliver actionable code reviews • Help define engineering patterns across backend, frontend, and platform concerns • Contribute to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines using Azure • Ensure reliability, observability, performance, and scalability across services • Own features end-to-end from concept through production • Extend the platform into new use cases and product lines

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in backend or full stack engineering • Strong relevant experience building frontend applications with React, Next.js, and TypeScript • Strong relevant experience building backend services with Python, preferably using FastAPI or similar frameworks • Experience designing data models and working with both SQL and NoSQL databases • Strong frontend fundamentals and ability to build clean, maintainable UI systems using Tailwind, Shadcn, or similar • Strong communication skills and curiosity • Experience with ClickHouse or other analytical/time-series databases preferred • Experience with PayloadCMS or other full-stack application frameworks preferred • Experience with telemetry, IoT, or infrastructure data preferred • Strong system design skills preferred • Exposure to customer-facing engineering or solutions contexts preferred • Experience with Azure or similar cloud platforms and DevOps practices preferred • Central time zone preferred but not required • Monday–Friday normal business hours
