📋 Description

• Help customers establish a technical foundation in the ServiceNow Platform and design solutions that improve outcomes • Guide customers on instance strategy, technical governance, core data, integrations, and platform technical health • Guide ServiceNow, partner, and customer employees on engagement teams • Work with executives, platform owners, enterprise architects, and development teams during selling, structuring, and implementation • Provide technical expertise across multiple engagements and workflows • Develop relationships with customer technical and business leaders • Translate goals into customer roadmaps • Translate business information and technical requirements into architectural blueprints • Engage Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as the digital transformation platform standard • Manage technical governance and delivery operating model governance • Reduce technical debt and align platforms with ServiceNow leading practices • Support sales efforts by scoping and estimating engagements and change orders • Contribute ServiceNow platform leading practices and expertise • Mentor others and support professional development • Provide expertise on complex engagements across multiple workflows • Form global rollout plans with extended account teams • Participate in presales opportunities and promote the platform architect role

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving • 15+ years progressive experience as part of a professional services organization; or equivalent education/experience • Ability to travel up to 25% • Creativity with comfort running programs independently within complex environment • Experience driving complex issues through analysis and resolution • Ability to relay complex information to diverse set of audiences, both technical and non-technical • Industry domain expertise in TMT (Telecommunications, Media, and Technology) and SI (System Integrators) desirable • Large program experience leading architecture and design • Enterprise architecture experience • Cloud application technology experience • Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture Framework like TOGAF, IT4IT, etc. • CTA, CMA is a plus • Certified and experienced in SecOps, IRM, or a combination of both is a plus • Maintain skills / certifications
