📋 Description

• Establish foundational DevSecOps infrastructure • Execute tool migrations to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) • Bootstrap CI/CD pipeline automation to support system Go-Live • Define the DevSecOps Minimum Viable Product (MVP) • Establish the pipeline and tool migration roadmap for Go-Live • Develop plans to migrate Government-Furnished Equipment/Tools from current cloud environments into OCI • Configure initial FlexDeploy scripts for automated continuous integration and continuous delivery • Support migration activities for ERP CS shared services Splunk and associated OCI infrastructure • Execute Oracle-provided tools necessary to support the project • Perform in-scope migrations • Work with product vendors on issue resolution and bug fixes • Prepare runbooks • Work with the Database Lead, MP DBA team, and ERP CS Splunk teams

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. Citizen • Bachelor's degree • Active DoD Secret Clearance • Eligible to pass a Tier III background investigation • Active CompTIA Security+ CE • 7+ years of experience with a major Cloud Service Provider (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI) • 2+ years of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) experience • 2+ years participating in enterprise migration support, including technical cutover activities, direct go-live support, and authoring final technical documentation and runbooks • 4+ years of Oracle Apps DBA experience, including cloud database and Oracle Apps experience • 4+ years developing and maintaining DevSecOps pipelines • 4+ years analyzing source data and tools to establish migration plans and verify post-migration results • 4+ years performing unit testing and UAT iterations • Experience using Exadata cloud services and Enterprise Linux • Experience creating FlexDeploy scripts for automated CI/CD • Oracle, OCI, or other relevant certifications desired • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to provide accurate and realistic effort estimates and deliver accordingly • Ability to work productively in a team environment • Strong verbal, written, organizational, and documentation skills
