📋 Description

• Analyze product requirements and produce high-quality, production-ready code • Create best-in-class user experiences • Build and maintain user-facing features, from database models to UI components • Independently own work from initial design requirements through deployment • Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional product and design partners • Lead initiatives to improve user experience • Create services and APIs for web applications • Maintain system and codebase health, refactor, and improve robustness and resilience • Write clear specifications to ensure product and code quality • Drive large releases to production on a continuous deployment cadence

🎯 Requirements

• Applicants must be based in the United States • 5+ years of relevant experience in both frontend and backend development • Experience working in a start-up environment • Strong React fundamentals • Experience with TypeScript and Node • Ability to create consumer-oriented user experiences • Strong communication skills • Experience with the listed technology stack: TypeScript, NestJS, TypeORM, Postgres, Redis, React, shadcn, Tailwind, and Heroku • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Ability to travel 2–4 times per year for team offsite meetings
