📋 Description

• Serve as the engineer in training to become a Key Account Manager • Develop and maintain strong relationships with mill leadership, operations teams, maintenance personnel, and procurement stakeholders • Provide technical expertise and support for papermaking processes, wet-end chemistry, retention and drainage programs, process water systems, and production optimization • Help identify opportunities to expand chemical programs and increase share of wallet within existing accounts • Conduct routine plant visits, system audits, and performance evaluations • Deliver recommendations to improve machine efficiency, sheet quality, production rates, and operating costs • Help lead quarterly business reviews and present performance metrics to customers • Partner with internal technical specialists and laboratory resources to implement customer solutions • Achieve revenue, profitability, and customer retention objectives

• Engineer in training to become a Key Account Manager • Technical expertise related to papermaking processes, wet-end chemistry, retention and drainage programs, process water systems, and production optimization • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with mill leadership, operations teams, maintenance personnel, and procurement stakeholders • Ability to conduct plant visits, system audits, and performance evaluations • Ability to deliver value-based recommendations improving machine efficiency, sheet quality, production rates, and operating costs • Ability to present performance metrics to customers • Ability to partner with internal technical specialists and laboratory resources • Ability to achieve revenue, profitability, and customer retention objectives • Candidates need not meet every desired qualification; relevant transferable experience may be considered
