📋 Description

• Configure and deploy proprietary Health & Welfare software for major clients • Diagnose complex issues and develop solutions • Communicate findings clearly and confidently • Collaborate with teammates in an Agile environment and participate in daily scrums • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical configurations • Produce high-quality implementation outcomes • Learn industry trends, tools, and benefits and healthcare technology skills • Foster teamwork, share knowledge, and support colleagues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT (or equivalent hands-on experience) • 1-3 years working in IT, system configuration, or implementation • SQL expertise • MS SQL Server Management Studio is a bonus • Experience with ASP, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, or similar languages • Experience with configuration tools, Microsoft Office suite (including Copilot), and Azure DevOps is nice-to-have • Ability to read technical documentation and debug • Health & Welfare Benefits and/or Payroll knowledge is highly valued • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational abilities and time management • Initiative and independence paired with teamwork • Reliability, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
