📋 Description

• Lead continuous improvement of the Technical Consulting team's deployment approach • Design and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or equivalent tools • Automate deployment, patching, and configuration processes • Own the build-out of AWS infrastructure for consulting applications, including EC2, S3, ALB, and Lambda components • Introduce infrastructure as code practices and evaluate container or serverless patterns • Build and maintain AI-enabled workflows and automations for the Technical Consulting team • Support technical infrastructure behind billable consulting engagements and AI tools • Support applications hosted in Windows Server and IIS environments • Maintain SQL skills for schema changes and troubleshooting queries • Monitor system health and performance using Datadog or CloudWatch • Diagnose and resolve infrastructure issues in production and staging environments • Improve reliability, deployment speed, and infrastructure decisions affecting client outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a cloud engineering, DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering role • Hands-on experience with AWS EC2, S3, ALB, and Lambda • Comfortable using AI codegen tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code • Experience with GitHub Actions or a similar CI/CD pipeline tool • Solid SQL skills, including DDL schema changes and DML troubleshooting queries • Basic to intermediate Docker experience • Comfortable working in Windows Server and IIS environments • Strong communication skills • Comfort with ambiguity • Kubernetes familiarity is a plus • AWS certification is preferred • Infrastructure as code experience with Terraform or CloudFormation is preferred • Scripting experience with PowerShell, Python, or Bash is preferred • Exposure to Azure or GCP is preferred • Availability outside normal business hours as needed for deployments, patching windows, or incident response
