📋 Description

• Partner with Account Executives on opportunity qualification, demonstrations, proofs of concept, RFPs, design documentation, technical presentations, and enablement sessions • Lead technical and product sales and recommend best-practice solutions • Guide customers in using Twilio APIs • Conduct technical discovery to understand customer pain points • Design, demonstrate, and present innovative solutions to business challenges • Build and present interactive, complex customer product demonstrations • Establish trusted-advisor relationships with technical and nontechnical stakeholders • Independently run low- to mid-complexity opportunities • Identify and resolve customer and organizational problems • Lead small- to medium-sized technical projects with limited oversight • Contribute to the Solutions Engineering community through knowledge sharing, demonstration materials, and reusable presentations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years pre-sales experience selling complex, technical products OR 6+ years of professional experience supporting technical products coupled with customer-facing experience, particularly in delivery or consulting • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to gain audience confidence and communicate complex topics to multiple audience levels • Ability to understand customers’ communications needs and guide them to technical solutions • Previous software development experience or working knowledge in one or more relevant areas • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in a technical discipline (Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience • Approximately 10% travel anticipated • Must be based outside California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington D.C., and Washington State
