📋 Description

• Provide leadership for core CRM platform capabilities, software design and architecture, and software development supporting client software delivery • Plan and develop CRM platform implementations across all phases of the software development lifecycle • Lead technical design and implementation of CRM platform solutions • Participate in all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) • Collaborate with UBC technology units and affiliates on technical solutions and capabilities • Participate in designing UBC infrastructure and software development environments • Support UBC infrastructure through troubleshooting and upgrades when required • Develop and maintain a team-based software development environment • Recommend and implement tools for team-based software development • Demonstrate technical capabilities to UBC technical, operations, and client stakeholders • Develop and measure application development practices • Manage resources across all platform development resources • Translate complex business goals into actionable system architecture • Guide user adoption and continuous improvement • Supervise Software Development Managers, Software Architects, Software Development Engineers, and Software Development Engineers in Test • Ensure delivery of software solutions that meet or exceed client requirements

🎯 Requirements

• BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields, or an equivalent combination of education & experience • Minimum of 10 years of software development oversight working in a technical environment • Minimum of 3 years of people leadership experience • Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules, specifically D365 Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing • Understanding of integrating Dynamics 365 with third-party software, legacy systems, and Microsoft Azure cloud services • 3 years of experience with Power Platform & Dataverse • Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Dataverse • Working knowledge of software architecture and design patterns • 5+ years of experience working in the Microsoft Azure Cloud • Detail-oriented and able to take a job to successful conclusion • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills • Ability to perform multiple tasks • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical individuals • Flexibility with work hours • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with all phases of an SDLC • Excellent application documentation skills • Solid understanding of Agile software development principles • Extensive working knowledge of the Microsoft .NET stack, including Microsoft Visual Studio, TFS/Azure DevOps, Visual Basic or C#, ASP.NET, WebForms, MVC, Angular, Node.js, and Web Services/API development • Extensive working knowledge of relational database management systems, especially Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle • Knowledge of software validation in an FDA-regulated environment is beneficial • Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA, and E2B is beneficial • Experience with AI-first tools, intelligent skill routing, and automated case management is beneficial • Prior healthcare software and solutions experience, especially patient access services for a Specialty Hub and Pharmacy, is beneficial • Working knowledge of No-SQL and Snowflake is highly desired
