📋 Description

• Design and implement seamless connections between the platform and external ATS systems • Master third-party APIs while maintaining data integrity and system reliability • Innovate on bespoke internal tools to improve users' day-to-day experience • Prototype and build high-performance interfaces that simplify complex internal workflows • Identify and implement solutions to automate repetitive manual tasks • Use performance and error monitoring tools to improve customer and internal user experience • Design and implement scalable solutions • Write comprehensive tests and perform code reviews • Document work and architectural patterns for the broader engineering team • Participate in daily and weekly engineering team meetings to align on schedules and SDLC progress • Provide guidance and constructive feedback to new or associate team members • Collaborate with Software Engineers, Engineering Team Lead, QA Engineers, Product Managers, and Product Designers • Build and maintain an enterprise-level SaaS video interview and/or chatbot platform connecting with the broader HR tech ecosystem

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with .NET (C#) in production environments • Solid experience building modern front-end applications with React • Experience with MS SQL or similar relational databases • Senior-level ownership and accountability • Experience working on existing production systems, not only greenfield projects • Ability to handle evolving requirements and technical ambiguity • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Experience collaborating in distributed teams • Experience with microservices architectures (nice to have) • Familiarity with AWS cloud environments (nice to have) • Exposure to test automation practices (nice to have) • Experience with AWS AI-related services such as SageMaker, Lex, Comprehend, or Rekognition (bonus, not required)
