📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments • Configure pipelines, promotion paths, and deployment automation • Own end-to-end release management across Dev, QA, UAT, Staging, and Production environments • Coordinate release schedules with developers, admins, and QA • Manage GitHub-based version control for Salesforce metadata • Define branching strategies and pull request workflows • Resolve merge conflicts and maintain commit hygiene • Automate metadata deployments, environment provisioning, and sandbox seeding/refresh cycles • Manage Salesforce metadata retrieval and deployment, org management, and scripted release workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen • Must be able to undergo a Public Trust background investigation • Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce CLI for metadata retrieval/deployment, org management, and scripting release workflows • Strong demonstrated skills in Copado, including pipelines, deployments, and environment management • Working knowledge of the Salesforce Metadata API • Working knowledge of package-based deployment • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to meet unexpected challenges, adapt when needed, and work proactively
