📋 Description

• Own features and systems end-to-end across multiple product surfaces, including architecture, implementation, deployment, and iteration • Design clean, maintainable, scalable systems • Work directly with engineering, product, data, revenue, and customer stakeholders to translate business problems into shipped software • Drive cross-team initiatives and shape what gets built and why • Use Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex for implementation, code review, testing, documentation, and exploration • Operate across backend services, frontend applications, data pipelines, and infrastructure • Make pragmatic technical decisions balancing speed, quality, and maintainability • Raise engineering standards through code quality, tooling improvements, and knowledge sharing • Proactively identify opportunities, improve systems, and drive business outcomes • Own production-grade systems used daily by customers and internal teams; remain responsive, reliable, and communicative

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on software development experience • Proven track record of shipping customer-facing applications and demonstrating impact • Experience across Python, TypeScript/React, and cloud infrastructure including AWS and Databricks • Daily use of AI coding tools as part of an AI-accelerated workflow • Ability to work through ambiguity and deliver solutions without heavy-handed direction • Strong communication with non-technical stakeholders and ability to translate business needs into engineering tradeoffs • Responsiveness, reliability, and ownership of production systems • Bias toward action and ownership • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, STEM, or a related technical discipline • Must not currently or in the future require visa sponsorship • Candidates must be able to work remotely within the United States
