• As an Engineering Manager in Ada's Application Engineering group, you’ll be managing a team of 5-6 engineers and working very closely with product managers and designers to elevate Ada's AI Agent management experience. • You will play a key role by cultivating a high-performing team and delivering the framework that allows Ada to scale the volume of Ada's knowledge base integrations. Additionally, your team will own Ada's Knowledge Base API and be responsible for ensuring Ada's knowledge retrieval performance is consistently improving.
• Familiarity with Python, Javascript, MongoDB, AWS systems or similar technologies. • With 5+ years of experience managing and scaling engineering teams, you thrive in coaching and mentoring engineers to achieve excellence. • Prior experience building APIs and knowledge of external LLMs. • You demonstrate a strong ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with various levels of stakeholders. • With a customer-obsessed approach, you are dedicated to delivering superior experiences and innovative solutions. • Proficient in driving projects integrating complex systems and multiple technology stacks, you excel in environments requiring high adaptability and problem-solving skills. • Experience in agile development environments, ensuring that your teams deliver on time and with high quality. • Knowledgeable in modern software practices and tools, ideally with experience in AI technologies or knowledge systems.
