Description

• Hire, coach, develop top talent, and provide leadership to a team of high-performing Sales Engineers to support Affinity’s growth • Enhance existing demo instances to elevate their effectiveness in showcasing the capabilities and value proposition of Affinity • Deliver against sales goals and establish strong relationships with customers and partners, as well as with internal cross-functional stakeholders in Sales, CS, Engineering and Product • Collaborate with Sales Management to identify areas of opportunity to speed up the sales cycle, increase conversion rates and increase average sales price • Lead the scoping and seamless execution of custom integrations, ensuring end-to-end delivery aligned with client needs and project objectives • Establish standardized procedures for addressing InfoSec-related customer requests, enhancing response efficiency and accuracy to ensure prompt and precise resolution of security inquiries • Ensure that the Affinity values are always demonstrated by the Sales Engineering team

Requirements

• 5-7 years’ experience in a technical Pre-Sales role selling Commercial level software, ideally supporting Commercial sales. • 3-5 years of experience leading a team with a track record of building, coaching, and enabling a rapidly growing team • Proven experience working cross-functionally • Proven experience with technical scoping of integrations • Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail
